Welcome to Angel's Health Foods. This site is designed to provide you with information about the health industry, including nutritional information, health education and product information.This site will have more content added to it over the coming months in the form of documentation, product advertisements, links to other sites, blog entries and much more.For the moment, we have added a few photos of the shop.

Angel's Health Foods is located in Cowes, Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia and is owned and run by Angel and Phil Foster. Angel has years of experience in the health food industry and has drawn a huge amount of knowledge about the ingredients and products she stocks in store, planting and gardening without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides, food diets (including a huge amount about raw food nutrition).

Also working in the store is Miriam, a qualified naturopath who is incredibly knowledgeable about what products would be right for you if you had an issue that needed addressing.

Angel and her staff apply a more holistic approach to their advice, steering away from supplements if they can provide you with a wholefood alternative. Most people can get the nutrients they need if they eat the right foods; supplements can be used to assist the body to get back on track but are not recommended for long term use.
